Is Sunday Reset antibacterial?
No. Sunday Reset is designed to remove everyday dirt, grease, grime, and organic residue—not to disinfect or kill bacteria.
Our formula combines oxygen-based cleaning ingredients, plant-derived cleansers, and enzymes to help lift and break down buildup on washable surfaces.
Does Sunday Reset contain chlorine bleach?
No chlorine bleach here!
Sunday Reset uses oxygen bleach, which is different from traditional chlorine bleach.
Oxygen bleach helps break down certain stains and organic buildup without relying on chlorine bleach.
It's a versatile cleaning ingredient without the harsh chlorine scent that can make you feel nauseous.
Is Sunday Reset non-toxic or low-toxic?
We believe better cleaning starts with thoughtful ingredient choices.
Sunday Reset is formulated without chlorine bleach, phosphates, parabens, SLS, or SLES. Instead, we use ingredients such as baking soda, oxygen bleach, and enzymes to tackle everyday cleaning.
We prefer to describe our product as made with thoughtfully selected ingredients rather than claim that it's completely non-toxic.
Like any household cleaner, our powder should be handled properly, kept away from children and pets, and used according to the directions. Avoid inhaling the powder or getting it in your eyes.
What are the main ingredients, and how do they work?
Our formula combines:
- Baking Soda: Helps loosen dirt and neutralize certain odors.
- Oxygen Bleach: Helps break down stains and organic buildup.
- Citric Acid: Helps tackle certain mineral deposits.
- Plant-Derived Cleansers: Lift grease and grime.
- Bio-Enzymes: Help break down food residue, proteins, starches, and fats.
Together, they make everyday cleaning simpler and more versatile.
What types of stains can it remove?
Sunday Reset helps tackle food spills, grease, light coffee and tea stains, soap residue, everyday dirt, mud, and organic buildup. Check our How to Use page for carpet extraction.
Why can't I smell the fragrance when I use it in a spray bottle?
Great question! Our fragrance is most noticeable when the powder is dry or freshly mixed with water.
Once diluted into a spray bottle, the fragrance becomes much lighter because a small amount of powder is distributed throughout the water.
We designed Sunday Reset to focus on cleaning performance rather than a strong, lingering perfume.
A clean home doesn't need to smell like a cleaning aisle.
Note: A lighter scent does not mean the product has stopped cleaning.
What surfaces should I avoid?
Avoid unsealed natural stone (marble, limestone, travertine), unsealed wood, leather, and delicate or coated surfaces. Always spot-test before use.
Can I use Sunday Reset on carpets?
Always spot test in an inconspicuous area before using it on your carpet. Some ingredients may leave residue or affect fabric dyes. If your carpet is made with delicate fibers, use a carpet-specific cleaner instead.
How long will one pack last in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home?
It depends on your cleaning routine! With up to 80 spray-bottle refills:
1 bottle/week plus paste and powder usage: Up to 2 months
Frequent deep cleaning, mopping, and paste applications will use more powder.
How does Sunday Reset help me save on everyday cleaning?
One pack makes up to 80 bottles (16 oz each)—that's approximately $0.31 per bottle.
For comparison, some cleaning tablets cost around $2.50 per 24 oz refill. Sunday Reset offers a concentrated, versatile option that can help reduce single-use plastic waste and the need for multiple cleaners.
